Fonterra Clandeboye Tanker Bay CIP upgrades for Rail Pods. Changes to InTouch HMI and Concept PLC Software.

Fonterra Clandeboye Butter CIP upgrades. Changes to InTouch HMI and Concept and Siemens S7 PLC Software.

Fonterra Kaikoura Cheese Tower CIP Upgrade. Controlled by a Rockwell CompactLogix PLC with PanelView Plus 600 Operator Display.

Fonterra Kaikoura Salting & Drain Belt, Mill and Curd Pump MCC Upgrade.

Fonterra Reporoa Automation upgrade of the Ethanol Plant, Irrigation & Effluent and Plant Services. Controlled by a network of Rockwell ControlLogix PLC’s and iFIX HMI’s with over 2000 IO and taking more than 4000 man-hours. Applying Fonterra Engineering Standards (FES) throughout including developing level 1 & 2 Functional Descriptions (FD’s) and programming with Fonterra Standard Code.
The system includes QTech remote telemetry equipment.
